Bipartisan Infrastructure Act Nursery Vegetation

Objective
The intention for this program is to provide funding for state and Tribal entities to help modernize tree seedling nursery and tree orchard facilities. Investments in capital improvements to facilities and/or maintenance/upgrade of equipment can improve seedling production. By improving production capacity, these facilities can address future reforestation and seed/seedling needs.
Who Can Apply
- U.S. State Government (including the District of Columbia)
- U.S. Territory (or Possession) Government (including freely-associated states)
- Federally Recognized Indian/Native American/Alaska Native Tribal Government
State forestry or equivalent State agencies and Federally Recognized Tribes. Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and territories and possessions of the United States may be eligible as well as Federally Recognized Tribes.

State, tribal or territorial forestry nurseries and tree seed orchards.
