Technical Assistance to Cooperatives

Objective

To develop and administer research, technical assistance, statistical, and educational programs on financial, organizational, management, legal, social, and economic aspects of rural cooperatives, and to work with cooperatives and educational organizations in promoting the knowledge of cooperative principles and practices.

Farmer and rural cooperatives and rural residents in all U.S. States and Territories.

Ultimate beneficiaries must be located in rural areas.
