Organic and Transitional Education and Certification Program

Objective

OTECP provides direct financial assistance to certified organic and transitional operations that incurred costs related to USDA organic certification or renewal, soil testing, or educational event registration in fiscal years 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Who Can Apply

• Nonprofit Organization
• For-Profit Organization
• Small Business Person
• Land/Property Owner

Applicants must be certified USDA organic operations or operations that are transitioning to organic production. Applicants must be located in the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
