Restrictions

The purpose of the trust is to utilize income and such portions of the principal as the trustees deem appropriate exclusively for the purpose of supporting scientific research and medical treatment of childhood diseases and other physical disorders afflicting children in particular; and to contribute to tax-exempt organizations which provide temporary support and/or housing to the parents and families of children receiving treatment away from their home. All such support contributions shall be made in honor of Stacy Marie True and shall be solely to entities which are tax-exempt and whose status under the Internal Revenue Code is consistent with the continuing tax-exempt status of the trust.
