Restrictions
The foundation's purpose is to encourage and advance wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, and the reverential and obedient fear of the Lord through endeavors that bear much fruit, including the support of Christian organizations to spread the word of Jesus Christ. It is anticipated that donations to existing exempt organizations would be the primary vessel for fulfilling that purpose. Additionally, funds may be used for the broader charitable, religious, scientific, literary, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3). More specifically, the foundation intends to be responsive to specific community-based needs and retain the authority to swiftly address valid, local funding priorities. For example, the foundation will provide assistance to individuals in a crisis—individual medical emergencies, accidents, fires or natural disasters.
