A brief statement including the identity, prior history and experience (if any), of the organization requesting the grant and its managers. - Proof of eligibility. Request for funds must fall under the following categories: 1. Charitable, religious, scientific, literary or educational purposes within and for the direct or indirect benefit of the community (city and environs) of Powell, Wyoming; and 2. Qualify as exempt organizations under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and its regulations as may be hereafter amended upon a determination of the board of directors that such gifts or expenditures are or may be a direct or indirect benefit to the community (city and environs) of Powell, Wyoming. Proof of 501(c)(3) status is required. 3. City of Powell, Wyoming, Northwest College, Park County School District 1 and any political subdivision, special district, board or commission of the state of Wyoming.
