How to Apply

There is no formal application form. The applicants must provide their name, address and TIN. We will use the school's scholarships application form. They must submit the need for the grant or scholarship and they must attend an educational institution and pursue an education/degree in the mental health field. They must also have a 3.00 GPA and demonstrate a financial need for the award but this will not be a limiting factor.

On Unsolicited Proposals yes

Restrictions

Scholarships and grants are awarded on a one-time basis. Scholarship recipients must be seeking an education/degree in the mental health profession/field. They must have at least a 3.00 GPA. They must demonstrate a financial need for the award but this will not be a limiting factor. Preferences will be given to students in Oneida, Vilas and Forest Counties but qualifying students in other surrounding counties will be included if we do not receive any or enough applications. We will also rely on the schools to provide recommendations for qualifying students. Scholarships and grants will be approximately between $2,000 to $2,500. They could be higher based on demonstrating a financial need.
