1) First preference given to graduates of Cashmere High School. If no Cashmere H.S. students available, then scholarships may be awarded to students from any high school in Chelan County.2) Applicants shall not receive other scholarships or grants in excess of $5,000 for current school year.3) Only students who maintain at least a "C" average in the institute of higher learning shall be eligible for further distributions.4) Students must be enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning or a business vocational or trade school within the State of Washington.
