Restrictions

The Foundation's exempt purposes are limited to operating exclusively for the following religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and/or educational purposes: (I) the support of educational organizations that are located within the area comprising the city of Roanoke, Virginia and extending out in a thirty (30) mile radius of the boundary lines of the city of Roanoke and that are providing education to children and young adults under the age of twenty-six; (II) the prevention of cruelty to animals and the education of the care of animals; (III) the provision of food, medicine, medical supplies, and other necessities of life to children, abused individuals, underprivileged individuals, and the elderly; (IV) the education of students at colleges and universities who are interested in the teaching profession at any grade level; (V) the support of Roman Catholic women's religious orders; and (VI) the support of the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford, Virginia.
