The PATH Foundation invests in the community by providing grants related to four priority areas including access to health (to improve the overall health, wellness and vitality of the people in our community), childhood wellness (to improve nutrition, foster growth and encourage education in children), mental health (to destigmatize mental health challenges and provide support, resources and education) and senior services (to connect older adults to community services that allow them to stay healthy and independent). Competitive flexible funding grant cycles were offered to help nonprofits and government agencies better the communities they serve. Additionally, make it happen! Grants, technical assistance grants, and noncompetitive health priority grants were awarded to enhance vitality and service within the community.
