The foundation is established exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, educational and prevention of cruelty to children or animal purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. No part of the foundation (including the net earnings of the trust fund) shall inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual and no substantial part of the activities of this foundation shall consist of carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and this foundation shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publication or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.
