The name, address, and telephone number of the applicant should be provided, along with a contact person familiar with the organization's charitable functions.

Restrictions
The trustees meet in November of each year to consider all grants and fund all approved grants in December. If an applicant does not receive written notification of acceptance by December 31, then the application for the grant was rejected by the trustees. The applicant may apply again in the following year. Grants are normally limited to local area charitable organizations on a recurring basis. Grants are usually in the $500–$3,000 range.
