How to Apply
There is no special form for grant applications. However, each proposal must include a one-page cover letter describing the project, the amount of funds requested, a statement that the applicant is not a 509(A)(3) Agency, the contact person, and email address. The cover letter and proposal should be sent to: proposal@RFFTX.org and signed by the organization's executive director. The proposal itself should be no more than four pages, written in Microsoft Word or Excel, and include: - Project description, purpose and outcome desired - Justification of need - Budgeting and expenditure of funds - Specific goals, objectives, outcomes and methods of meeting them - Time frame of completion A copy of the applicant's IRS determination letter and most recent financial report can be sent via mail at a later time if the applicant is awarded a grant.
