The Funds will Create the Nxp Foundation Endowed Scholarship and the Nxp Foundation scholarship. Scholarship candidates would be working toward an associate's degree in advanced manufacturing or engineering technology. Goal is to provide 4-5 scholarships per academic year.(2) Funds Used to Support the Engineering Technology and Advanced Manufacturing Program at Austin Community College (acc). Acc will use the funds to procure mechatronic training equipment to be installed. The equipment will support instruction for students in the area of engineering technology and advanced manufacturing.
