How to Apply

Organizations Interested in Receiving Funding from Knapp Community Care Foundation must submit a letter of intent (loi) Through the Foundation's online grant application sySTEM fIRSt, before any other step may be taken. No additional articles, reports, videos or other materials should be attached to the loi. Should the Loi Meet the Requirements of the Foundation, an authorization to connect to the application process will be sent via email.

Only entities that are IRS recognized 501(C)(3) organizations or qualifying public entities in good standing, and that provide programs and/or services directed at improving wellness, fitness, nutrition services, preventative health and health education access within the service delivery area are eligible to apply for a Grant from the Knapp Community Care Foundation (kccf).
