How to Apply

The foundation does not have a standard grant application form. However, with respect to charitable grants to some organizations, the foundation may request a written grant proposal outlining the potential charitable use by the donee organization of the funds provided by the foundation. The foundation does not require grant proposals. The foundation's selection committee will consist of its board of directors. Individuals who wish to receive such services and assistance in connection with their pet or pets will be asked to complete a grant application that describes the hardship or emergency circumstances necessitating the aid, the expenses for which the applicant needs assistance, resources available to the applicant to meet the need and a certification that all information in the application is accurate.

On Unsolicited Proposals yes

Restrictions

The foundation will provide free medical services and evaluations for pets such as vaccinations and on-the-spot health evaluations at community events, events held at parks or other locations in partnership with other Section 501(c)(3) organizations and other community-based organizations. These services will not be provided to individuals and their pets in connection with a disaster or severe economic hardship. Rather, the events will be open to any interested members of the general public and such services will be provided to any attendee of such event without regard to their specific circumstances or situation.
