Restrictions

The Foundation accepts applications for patients (at the time of application) who are under the age of nineteen (19). Due to limited funding only one application per child per year can be accepted. The child must be a permanent resident within the Foundation's coverage area. Applicants can reapply one year from date of first application. Qualified diseases are any cancers of the soft tissue, bone, blood or qualified terminal illness.
