Stipend application deadline is September 29, 2023 by 5:00 PM PST to Kristin.Asai@hklaw.com. Submission of an application is not a guarantee of assistance and decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Stipend awards are non-transferable and no group applications will be accepted. All stipends will be awarded in the form of reimbursements with receipts required for reimbursement. Because NAPABA scholarship decisions may not have been made at the time of the award of OAPABA stipends, the foundation reserves the right to adjust a stipend amount based on a NAPABA scholarship later received.
