How to Apply

No formal application is required for medical hardships. Requests explaining need for financial assistance during medical hardship are presented and a determination is made. Educational scholarship applications are available at the high school for students going into the medical field. Applicants are chosen based on grades, activity, community involvement, and essay content.

Faith Moving Forward was organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and specific purposes through the making of distributions to individuals and families and 501(C)(3) organizations. The purpose of these distributions being to provide fresh water wells for the people of Haiti, to assist healthcare students through academic scholarships and to assist individuals and families having financial need due to medical hardship.
