Each candidate must submit a letter of application containing name, address, phone number, name of post-secondary institution(s) they have been accepted to and which ones they plan to attend and why, discuss participation in extra-curricular activities and the impact of them on their personal development, discuss academic and career goals and any other information they wish to share with the committee in considering the application. Additionally, a copy of high school transcripts, two letters of recommendation with one being from Pamlico County High School faculty member and one letter personal in nature (i.e., minister, community member, etc.), and a list of all financial aid awards that have been received or applied for.
