The Morehead-Cain Scholarship application consists of biographical and school information, descriptions of a student's activities and awards, short response questions, and longer form essays. Students are also required to identify their school counselor and one recommender. The application is accessible at apply.moreheadcain.org/apply/ and is submitted entirely online.

Applicants MUST BE A Competitive Applicant TO THE University OF NORTH CAROLINA AT Chapel HILL AND ON Track TO Graduate FROM HIGH School IN THE Current Academic Year.
