How to Apply
Organizations that meet the foundation's established criteria must submit a formal donation request form (available through their website) to be considered. Organizations seeking assistance must briefly note how this event will benefit the community and in another sentence, briefly describe how CFS Foundation will receive recognition for this donation. Other information necessary for the completion of the form would be: the name of the organization, the name of the event, date/place/time of event, anticipated number of attendees or how many people will this affect, contact person's name, address, phone number and email address and the amount of donation requested.
On Unsolicited Proposals yes
Restrictions
CFS Foundation contribution policy is to support community functions in their trade territory, school districts, agriculture-related organizations and student organizations (such as 4-H, FHA, FFA), whose parents would typically be customers of CFS. CFS will not support individuals directly to participate in any activity or function.
