IN The Case OF Grants TO Charities, IT IS Anticipated That Applicants Will BE Required TO Provide Adequate INFormATION For The Board TO Evaluate The Potential Recipient's Charitable Status, Mission, Level OF Need, Efficacy IN Achieving Its Stated Goals, And Alignment With The Foundation's Goals. Applications Will Not BE Accepted For Any Other Type OF Grant.

Restrictions
Grants for organizations: Potential recipients are limited to Code Section 501(c)(3) charitable organizations dedicated to the charitable and educational purposes defined in Code Section 170(b). Recipient organizations will be identified from time to time based on their stated programs, efficacy in achieving their stated goals, and their alignment with the foundation's goals. Adopted families: During the month of December, the foundation "adopts" a family or number of families in need. This is organized through a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and these grants take the form of Christmas presents to the families. Scholarship grants for students: Potential recipients include graduating high school seniors of public and private schools for post-high school study, who have been accepted for admission at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university or technical school.
