Grants are provided to like-minded organizations with the mission of world peace. Grants are not made to individuals. To avoid making awards to the same organizations, with very few exceptions, the foundation will not make a grant to an organization for more than two consecutive years. After a two-year hiatus, the foundation would then consider another application from a previously funded group.
