Applications are available upon demand and must be requested in writing from the foundation manager and must be completed and submitted in writing to the foundation manager. Applicants will need to request and submit their official transcript(s) from their high school or college(s). Applicants are also required to submit relevant standardized test scores (e.g. SAT, ACT, GRE, etc.). Specific instructions are included with the requested application.

APPLICANTS should be united states persons who have graduated (OR ABOUT to graduate) from high SCHOOL OR its equivalent, OR be a full time student at an accredited COLLEGE, JUNIOR COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OR other EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. the APPLICANT must be enrolled, OR ABOUT to enroll IN BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY, RICKS UNIVERSITY, OR such other INSTITUTION which qualifies as an EDUCATION INSTITUTION under CODE SECTION 170(b)(1)(a)(ii), and MAINTAINS a regular faculty and curriculum and NORMALLY has a regular ORGANIZED body of students IN attendance at the place where its EDUCATIONAL activities are CARRIED on. APPLICANTS must also show sufficient ACADEMIC ABILITY, character and motivation, AND/OR a need FOR FINANCIAL assistance to complete his OR her course of study.
