Applicants can access the digital application form at https://www.rkbmemorialfund.com/apply-for-scholarship/. To qualify, seniors must have been a North Vermilion High School student for the past two years, achieved a 3.0 or better grade point average throughout their junior and senior years, maintained a good disciplinary record, and demonstrated both school and community involvement. Also, seniors interested in applying for this scholarship must submit an essay of no more than three hundred words explaining how they have contributed to their school and community. Recipients of this scholarship must show proof of enrollment at a two or four-year academic college or university, technical school, trade school, community college, or junior college before the funds are released.
