A candidate must: - Graduate from Boonville High School in Boonville, Indiana, with at least a 2.7 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale - Attend a college on a full-time basis - Require financial assistance - Cannot be a qualifying relative of anyone on the foundation board or scholarship committee.
