Restrictions

The entrant must be a resident of Schuyler County, Illinois. This is open to full- and part-time students of Rushville-Industry High School, Southeastern High School, Spoon River College, John Wood Community College, Lincoln Land Community College or Western Illinois University. The applicant must be seeking a degree and career in a health field. Two letters of recommendation are required from employer, teacher, or pastor. All must be completed and submitted by the deadline established each year.
