Restrictions

Eligibility requirements: 1. Resident of Peoria, Tazewell, or Woodford counties in IL for at least 3 consecutive years. 2. Achieved at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. 3. Have completed one full-time semester of study in an accredited institution in a professional baccalaureate program (nursing, dietetics, or allied health) or graduate program (medicine, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or pharmacy). Scholarship awards will be made on the basis of merit and need up to $3,000. Selection will be based upon academic excellence as determined by grades, recommendations, financial need, community service, and demonstrated leadership.
