Our providers and front-line medical staff identify and recruit participants who are a good fit for diabetes group visits. The monthly group visits INClude 2-3 staff members overseeing 10-15 patients and their family members. The INCorporation of family members and/or other supporting friends is a valuable addition to our diabetic care.
