How to Apply

Guidelines: 1. The recipient will be a senior on the varsity lacrosse team at the time of selection who has plans to attend an accredited college or institution of higher learning. 2. The complete application form must be returned to the selection committee by April 1st of each year. Procedures: 1. The recipient will be chosen in accordance with the following point system: Category: Practice performance - maximum points 60 Game day performance - maximum points 40 2. The scholarship will be presented to the recipient upon furnishing proof to the Kerr family of completion of one semester as a full-time student at an accredited college or institution of higher education. 3. The scholarship will be awarded at the annual lacrosse banquet sponsored by the boosters association. Restrictions

The scholarship: the amount of the scholarship will be determined by the Kerry family each year, but shall be a minimum of $1,000. Eligibility requirements: 1) The recipient will be senior on the varsity lacrosse team at the time of selection who has plans to attend an accredited college or institution of higher education. 2) The completed application form must be returned to the selection committee by April 1st of each year.
