The application must include a brief description of the applicant's organization, the experience of its key personnel, the purpose of the program or project which the grant will be used for, a budget for the program and a copy of the current IRS determination letter. The organization will provide potential applicants with information regarding everything required for the application including format, information to be included in each section of the application, etc.
