How to Apply

A request for assistance application is completed and submitted to the Gulf Harbour Management Office, which is then forwarded on to the foundation. The foundation requests additional documentation in the form of pictures of damages, estimates to repair the damage from a business or service provider, receipts of purchases for repairing the damage or recovering losses, insurance declaration page including the amount of insurance deductible for the applicant's policy, and any other documentation to assist with encapsulating the applicant's losses due to the hurricane.
