How to Apply
Currently, there is no application for a grant. A grant request letter is required, preferably on the nonprofit's letterhead with a list of names of the governing board. The grant request letter shall be no more than three pages and shall be submitted with the following information: - Name of organization requesting a grant. - The phone number, name and title of the individual requesting the grant on behalf of the organization. - Program name and/or purpose of grant. - A brief explanation of the need for the project and how the grant will be used. - Requested dollar amount, total cost of the project, and other sources of funding. - A need by date or payment schedule. - The expected duration of the project. - A brief explanation of how this requested grant fulfills the foundation's mission statement. - The impact on the community served and how the impact will be measured (for example, if a grant request of $10,000 enables your organization to offer 10 underprivileged youths ten weeks of…
