Criteria for scholarships is as follows: 1. Graduating Senior or Past Graduate of the Huntington Beach Union High School district 2. Graduating Senior or Past Graduate of the Washoe County School district in northern nevada 3. Current student, previous student or graduate of the following community colleges in southern california: coastline, cypress, fullerton, golden west, irvine valley, orange coast, saddleback, santa ana or santiago canyon. 4. Current student, Previous Student or Graduate of Truckee Meadows Community College in nevada.
