How to Apply

The foundation will require all organizations requesting grants from the foundation to submit a written grant proposal to the foundation. The proposal should include: (1) information about the organization, (2) proof of the organization's status as a 501(c)(3) organization, (3) a description for what purposes the grant funds are to be used, and (4) disclosure of any relationships between the organization and any officer, director, employee or independent contractor of the foundation.
