Restrictions

Must be a founder that is a woman or non-binary person. Founder must own 51% or greater stake in the business as of the application due date. Applicant must be a legal resident and citizen of the United States. Applicant must be 21 years or older as of application due date. Must have a team that is made up of 50% or more women, femme, or non-binary people, proficient in English. Business must be incorporated, located, and operate in the US. Consumer-based products/business (direct to consumer, business to business). 2022 gross revenue of $75K - $2M USD. Business must not have previously raised funding from venture capital firms. For-profit companies in business since or prior to January 1, 2020. Staff size between 2-30 employees (full-time, part-time, independent contractors). Not eligible: locations owned by publicly-traded corporations do not qualify. Nonprofit organizations and subsidiary businesses or franchisees do not qualify. Awards will be $10,000.
