How to Apply
The Foundation Financial Assistance Application may be obtained by contacting the Foundation at berakah@diani.com. The form of application may be in a written or email reply that includes all the relevant requested information. The short form application asks for basic contact information from the applicant, along with a description of how the funds will be used and how the funds will enhance the applicant's ability to promote Christian Biblical principles. The Foundation may request additional information from its long-form application, including but not limited to applicants' tax-exempt status verification, organizing documents, program/project budget, organization's financial statements, and other relevant information.

Restrictions
The following assistance criteria must be present in application for consideration: The promotion of Christian Biblical principles is essential. Organizational financial accountability is essential. One-time and partial financial assistance is preferred. Programs that collaborate and partner with other organizations are preferred. Programs that provide a service(s) not already existing and/or available are preferred. Programs that provide a service(s) on an unrestricted basis are preferred. Programs with a diversity of support are preferred. Non-Complying Types of Requests: Requests not in writing. Requests not submitted on the appropriate application form. Requests from organizations that are not tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3). Requests from individuals. Requests for debt reduction. Requests for assistance in contests, raffles, or any prize-oriented activity.
