Section I

How to Apply

All applications are reviewed by a scholarship committee made up of independent individuals. In order to emphasize the organization's commitment to awarding the scholarships on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis, there is a written application that is required to be completed and submitted by each applicant.

On Unsolicited Proposals yes

Restrictions

The organization awards scholarships on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis to current students who are also active at the St. Thomas More Newman Center. Scholarship awards range in value pending the applicant's established need and the available resources of the organization; most common ranges are $500 to $2,000. Each applicant must be a full-time University of Arizona student in good standing and be active at St. Thomas More Newman Center. All scholarship funds are to be used for study at the University of Arizona. Students are asked to attend a meeting with the scholarship committee prior to being awarded a grant.
