Online applications are required for general semester scholarships, merit awards, vocational training grants, fellowship awards and other scholarships and grants. Paper applications may be used for internships, village, raven, and other project grant applications. Restrictions
TCF supports post-secondary education and career development for eligible applicants through scholarships and grants. Eligible applicants include: CIRI original enrollees and their direct lineal descendants. TCF administers Raven Fund scholarships and grants, serving CIRI voting shareholders who are not CIRI original enrollees or their direct lineal descendants. TCF administers various village scholarship and grant programs for CIRI-affiliated villages based on their program. TCF offers project grants to non-profit organizations, tribal organizations, and occasionally individuals sponsored by a non-profit organization who are Alaska Native original enrollees to CIRI or their lineal descendants. These grants are available to support projects that affect and/or involve Alaska Native beneficiaries of CIRI and further the education and heritage goals of the CIRI Foundation.
