Restrictions

Criteria: Permanent resident or U.S. citizen; completed one year of college; minimum GPA of 3.0; undergraduates cannot be over 30 years of age when the scholarship is first received; graduate students cannot be over 40 years of age when scholarship is first received; no age limit for post-doctoral studies; scholarships are not awarded for a second degree at the same level of degree already achieved; applicants must have financial need; applicants must be enrolled full-time in an accredited degree-granting institution.
