Restrictions

The foundation will operate to promote literary, educational, charitable, scientific and religious purposes. Specifically, the foundation will make grants for public charitable purposes to charitable organizations described in Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and IRS Section 170(c)(2). The board of directors plan to distribute grants primarily to qualified charitable organizations which support the general areas of education, health care and community needs. However, the board of directors are unrestricted in the choice of recipient qualified charitable organizations.
