Applications for grants from the organization are available at the following website: https://www.mutualone.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Foundation-Grant-Application.pdf To apply for funding, applicants must submit: - A cover letter signed by the organization's Executive Director or Board President - A copy of a brief proposal - A summary sheet Proposals must include the following information, keeping in mind the funding criteria: - Description and purpose of applicant-organization, including appendices for the organization's Board, tax filings, and governance policies - Details on the proposed project - A process for evaluating the proposal's progress and impact - A budget for the project being proposed and means to measure its impact and success

Restrictions

The MutualOne Charitable Foundation will consider grants of up to $10,000 to increase the quality of life of MetroWest residents. Special emphasis will be placed on those projects which focus on disadvantaged and/or underserved citizens of Framingham or Natick. The areas of interest are workforce development, health and human services, housing, education, community development, the environment, and the arts. Grant requests will be considered for program support, seed money, challenge grants and capital improvements. To apply for a grant, applicants must be a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization or a public institution (school, fire, police, etc.) located in or serving Framingham, Natick, and the surrounding areas. The Foundation will not fund political or sectarian activities.
